Get to Know Terra Trust
Our
Story & Mission
The inspiration for Terra Trust Property Management stemmed from the growing presence of large, impersonal property management firms gaining prominence in our city and across the nation.
On the contrary, we are a small firm that prides itself on our attentiveness and care, taking the time to problem-solve ourselves before spending your hard-earned money, winning you your time back by diligently attending to any matters that arise, and streamlining the ownership process with clear communication and informative updates.
We form close business relationships with our vendor partners, many of whom are locally owned businesses much like us, and take a personalized approach to all aspects of our business. Additionally, we maintain a well-vetted referral network of CPAs, mortgage professionals, attorneys, and more to attend to all aspects of your real estate needs.
We strive to provide exceptional results to our property owners and quality service for our tenants. Terra Trust understands that an investment in a home is an investment in your future, so we commit ourselves to ensuring that every home we manage is treated like our own.
